Bad badminton

Excitement goes up when one starts sth new. Badminton is not that new to me but regular badminton is as its been 3 days since i'm regularly beating the cock arse at the rate of 2 hrs a day. and alongwith the excitement its one more thing that is high and that is pain in legs and right shoulder. badminton is really a bad game.
